All orders are shipped across the UK within 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday) from date of order placed. This may be subject to change.

Delivery rates are as follows:

Our normal delivery charge of £4.99 is paused (once your items are in your basket, the delivery rate is automatically calculated)

We are currently offering FREE shipping across the UK

Returns

In the case of your order being returned back to us, and you would still like the ordered item/s, you will be charged again for the postage.

If you decide to return an item, contact us via email at info@cherryblossomtree.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please ensure any items returned to us must be within 14 days of receiving your return request. All items must be returned to us undamaged, in its original packaging before we are able to process a refund. Any item returned to us, postage is at your own cost.

Damaged Items

We prepare and handle all our items with love and are shipped with care. If you receive a damaged item during transit please ensure you immediately email us at info@cherryblossomtree.co.uk and ensure you keep the damaged items and do not dispose of it. We will contact our courier in order to make a claim, they will require photographic evidence of the damage caused during transit.

In the case if photographic evidence is requested, please ensure the photo of the damaged item is clear and includes an image of the packaging that your item arrived in. .
